Human Resource :
Design and Assist in recruitment process for each department.
Conduct Job analysis for each profile and develop respective employment assessment techniques.
Assist, design and develop new assessment measures for behavioral testing.
Make independent decisions regarding the processes and tools to be used.
Analyze the results and create a summary based on the analysis.
Suggest alternative techniques for employment strategies to management.
Relationship management with Colleges, Institutions.
Taking care of entire admin activities.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Manage maintenance, repair & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, etc.
Coordinate with various departments for admin related requirements.
Keep a track record of AMC agreements, renewals, etc.
Skill Sets :
Good communication skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,Outlook).
Working knowledge of psychometrics tests.
Ability to effectively handle multiple situations and tasks
Candidates must have completed Graduation
MBA/PGDM pursuing/completed will be preferred
Prior experience in HR Industry would be preferred
Duration: 6 months
Stipend : 7000-10000
