Has experience selling to India and US

Experience in SAAS, Software sales or complex selling cycles

Is a Hunter and can find leads

Motivated by strong bonuses on closing business

Understand working with a pipeline and can deliver results

Great verbal and presentation skills

Can manage hundreds of leads per month

Your Day to Day

Talking to clients, attending trade events, creating marketing campaign to drive customers to buy into the need for the Pointers Platform

Become and Subject Matter Expert in the HRIS space and how Pointers sets itself apart from competition

Ability to understand pricing dynamic for each company size and geography assigned

Working cross functional and globally with identified pipeline of businesses


Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business

Minimum of 2 years of Business to Business Selling

Have a proven track record and examples of your work
