Lead Business Development & Outreach

· Requirements

  • Lead business development, outreach and marketing initiatives for the organization
  • Identify pipelines, opportunities, lead the engagement, solutions and close deals
  • Work with the CEO, Business and Operations leaders to build revenue streams, pipelines and opportunities
  • Contribute towards various marketing initiatives, branding, events, content development, SEO etc.
  • Collaborate with other project/product teams, solution/industry teams and delivery teams towards realizing new sales & support
  • Manage multiple priorities, engagements, interactions and client relationships at any given time
  • Undertake, regular, structured and rigorous research on mapping organizations, individuals and targets for pre-sales and outreach activities
  • Provide sales campaign and other updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, issues and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the Business Development, Sales and Outreach cycle
  • Contribute, positively and extensively towards building the organizational reputation, brand and operational excellence

· Background Of The Candidate

  • 7 - 12 years of work experience in Business Development, Account Management, Pre-Sales, Sales & Growth
  • Background in SaaS, Consulting, Risk, Technology Services, Market Research or related fields would be considered a plus
  • Exposure in dealing with US, UK, European markets and Data / Technology Clients
  • Excellent communication, comprehension, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Excellent solution selling capabilities and strong account management capabilities
  • Expertise in using tools like MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • In depth understanding of the strategic sales process
  • Strong achiever, who can achieve ambitious business goals and sales targets
  • MBA or equivalent business degree from a reputed college or university
