Digital Learning Implementation and Support Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Learning Implementation and Support Specialist. Based in New Delhi, India, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with internal client teams to ensure that CCL Leadership Accelerator (CLA) based learning journeys are delivered seamlessly.

2. Apply knowledge of CLA functionality to ensure clients are served expeditiously and issues are resolved successfully.

3. Create and manage reports for moderated online programs to measure the success of implementation and administration of CLA.

4. Follow the documented support and operational processes on the WordPress documentation site

5. Assist client teams in understanding the technical capabilities and onboarding processes for CLA.

6. Triage and refer higher-level CLA technical issues to the appropriate person/department

7. Report defects to CLA team for prioritization and correction

Education Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Has experience working with technology platforms.

2. Is able to work cooperatively, professionally, and effectively with others; has good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

3. Demonstrates robust knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Web Conferencing Products in a PC-based environment.

4. Is able to work independently, show initiative, and adhere to strict deadlines.

5. Is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish and prioritize work as needed.

6. Is organized and detail-oriented with outstanding follow-through.

7. Has good grammar skills and delivers work that adheres to CCL’s brand and quality standards.

8. Possesses good time management skills, including a demonstrated ability to meet specific timeframes for client projects.
