PURPOSE OF ROLE
The role of Cost & Supplier Management Executive is to improve productivity and efficiency of resources and reduce costs while securing high quality material or resources to the organization
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
• 2 – 4 years of working experience in cost and supplier management
• Connect with vendor / partners to get the necessary supply of trainers and resources
• Categorize and record transactions and provide solutions as needed
• Knowledge on learning & assessment products, solutions, and services
• Working experience in PR, PO and invoice processes
• Tracking and reporting, MIS and creating dashboards
• Good communication and knowledge on MS Office

• Ensure the requests from different teams are addressed within the SLA time
• Communicate and build good relationship with partners, suppliers and vendors to close the requests in quick turnaround time
• Develop and adhere process guidelines in all aspects of procurement life cycle
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Find cost-effective solutions for the business requirements
• Keep up-to-date track of all the transaction and report to management
• Analyze data from start to end of procurement processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
