Creative Manager

The Creative Manager is responsible for the daily workings of the account and in maintaining a leadership position in the team by contributing to:

  • Success of the assigned platform by providing innovative and culturally relevant creative content and effective execution of the same
  • Smooth inter-department collaboration
  • Expertise in conceptualization, copy and script writing
  • Support moderation and engagement for new platform in sync with Creative Executive


  • Strategic
  • Create a work flow and process to ensure that the regular content is in line with the overall platform strategy
  • Ensuring that the planning and conceptualization of daily hygiene content across all platforms is a) on track b) on-point c) in-line with channel strategy for specific assigned platform in sync with Account Manager and Programming Executive

  • Communication & Coordination
  • Meet clients every fortnight to understand clients satisfaction with creative strategy and execution and build relationship
  • Owners of all copy and captions of all assets being deployed on the channel, doing a final check of TOV, enhancing ancillary assets provided by other agencies/creators/production houses, as and when required on specific assigned platform in sync with Creative Executive

  • Creative Strategy
  • Participate in briefing meetings along with the account management team
  • Brand strategy & execution plan basis the decoded brief for campaigns
  • Brand creative calendars for the upcoming weeks/month
  • Execute new content formats that can be utilized for daily working of the platform
  • Search for new trends and insights that can be utilized for creation of content

  • Creative Execution
  • Ideating, conceptualization, scripting, creating & programming of daily hygiene content based on defined audiences & channel ambition (Cadence will change on a monthly basis) on specific assigned platform and in sync with Creative Executive and reporting to Creative Director.
  • Proactively suggest topical/trending formats and ideas and help execute them with a quick turnaround time on specific assigned platform in sync with Creative Executive
  • Proactively ideating and pitching a bespoke and feature ideas basis monthly/quarterly strategy (min 5 bespoke + 2 feature ideas per month) across platforms . Ad Hoc writing and concepts for decks if and when needed. In sync with the Creative Director + Creative Executive + Account manager
  • Work closely with arts & graphics, video and production teams to co-create content
  • Talent editorial concepts for 7 titles per month (Ideation plus scripting) in sync with Creative Director + Creative Executive
  • Write concepts and final scripts, and create storyboards with the art team
  • Quality check and vet social media content & responses as a support function to the programming executive
  • Conduct aesthetic checks and edits during pre-production and production stage
  • Attend shoots to supervise work quality and processes
  • Ensure accurate referencing and industry benchmarking by the team
