Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Ecommerce Marketing Manager


The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. 


You must have worked on:

  • Amazon- Seller central
  • Flipkart- Seller
  • Basic understanding of Meesho, Snapdeal, Nykaa and Myntra


Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Drive traffic, conversions and shopper engagement/experience initiatives to enable sustainable business growth on e-commerce

2. Analytics, Leading PLS, PPC, display advertising

3. Manage Cataloging on e-commerce platforms

4. Create & Manage daily/weekly/monthly performance reports at brand & SKU level

5. Inventory & demand planning base on DRR

6. Keywords & SEO management, run ads based on them.

7. Keep track on targeted categories, shopping trends and identify gaps.

8. Working effectively with internal departments: creative, ops, revenue and social media teams to maintain brand identity sync, forecast, quality, account health and customer feedback on all platforms and channels.

9. Developing pricing strategy across all e-commerce platforms to optimise sales growth.

10. Work strongly in sync with POC’s of various marketplaces and sales channels to increase visibility and revenue on a regular basis.

11. Manage and execute promotional campaigns, and overall channel ROI.

12. Effectively monitor and work on all sales channels to ensure continuing contribution to sales volume, profit and ROI objectives.

13. Monitor order processing, dispatching, allocations with support from the ops team.

14. Dealing with e-commerce category managers for product placement and visibility


Required Skill Sets & Qualifications:


1. 2 to 3 years of experience with an e-commerce brand.

2. Bachelors or above degree

3. In-depth knowledge of PPC, AMS, FBA, Seller Smart, and more.

4. Fluent working on excel and google sheets.

5. Fluent communication skills (Spoken as well as Written)

6. Hands-on knowledge of portals of various marketplaces and different functionalities

7. Additional skills:- Cataloging, Pricing Strategy, Analytics, ecommerce, and online marketplace

8. Beauty & personal care category experience is a plus.

9. Personal Marketplace connections are a plus.
