TITLE : Regional Sales Manager / Key Account Manager / Sr. Manager- Business Development
Job Purpose: Grow the business in the defined region in order to meet the organisation’s strategic business plan both in the near term and the long term
Role Expectations:
- Identifies and profiles the potential market for the company’s products and services on a continuing basis
- Is able to craft solutions, under guidance, to meet business needs of the organisation
- Works towards both near term and long term objectives in business growth in a planned manner
- Able to influence clients at different operational levels specially to close orders
- Understands the technical nature of the products and their applications
- Is both systemic in approach and creative in terms of solutions
Profile: Ideally ~
- 25 ~ 35 years in age
- MBA in Marketing
- with Basic Engineering degree (ECE or Mechanical)
- with 8+ years of Sales and Marketing experience in manufacturing domain , consultative /solution selling, industrial automation solutions, Automotive, solution selling etc.
Requisites: Exposure to sales and marketing for sun-rise industries in the technology domain
