You will be responsible for designing and developing the e-learning curriculum, video-based modules, content strategy, course collaterals and impact-assessment framework for the company

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design program collaterals for Online and Offline Coaching Programs
  • Design and implement ideal user experience during app-based sessions, online sessions and In-person sessions
  • Design Program Outlines, Objectives, Outcomes and Impact Parameters
  • Collaborate with SMEs from multiple specializations to create a coherent program
  • Develop video scripts for online programs
  • Support with execution of CEP & CFP
  • Support with Program Impact Measurement
  • Support with research work for new programs (CFP Para, CLP)
