Alore is based out of Singapore with an office in Bangalore.

We’re looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to join us and spearhead growth hacking initiatives to accelerate Alore; ’s expansion to the US.

Salary range: 12LPA -18LPA (based on your experience, performance in interview rounds, and OKR, Including fix+variable component).

What You’ll Be Doing

Alore is soon going to Launch its V2 of the platform (Outbound Sales Tool Stack) and is looking to expand to new markets.

Pilot tests for new markets and products. Lead in the production of materials for sales enablement

  • Conduct experiments and tests to validate strategies and prepare playbooks (messages, audiences, channels) for scale-up of demand generation.
  • Support the BD team in closing early adopters by developing tools such as leads database, localized sales pitch decks, and collaterals

Development of GTM playbook

  • Lead the development of GTM strategy for new markets and products.
  • Through validation of tests and experiments, identify and customize strategies for scaling up in the respective markets

Develop near-term demand generation activities in new markets

  • Implement growth hack campaigns to ensure that the calendar of AE/AVPs are filled all the time

Who We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of relevant working experience (in a high-growth startup preferred)
  • Min. 1-year experience in leading a team
  • Experienced in B2B marketing or sales & growth hacking
  • A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics
  • Results & Data-driven. Love numbers and use them to make key strategic decisions
  • Strong drive to growth-hack various marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Creative. Always looking for ways to develop tailored solutions for different offerings and markets.
