Sales & Marketing Operations Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales and marketing dynamics, a keen eye for detail, the ability to creatively synthesize vast information while making it usable and fun amongst a diverse sales audience, and will be well versed in managing executive-level stakeholders. This individual will report to the Director, Global Revenue Operations and work closely with the sales and marketing leadership team and other cross-functional leads to examine existing business practices while identifying new initiatives that would result in time-savings and increased sales effectiveness.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

‒ Aid with monthly reporting of sales operations to include bookings, profitability, and messaging for the executive team and the board meetings.

‒ Maintaining Marketing files and database

‒ Project owner of various marketing operations projects that support priority business initiatives

‒ Ensures accurate and timely responses to requests for departmental services.

· Creativity: This role is for someone who has experience in designing and creating multi-media assets (video, graphic, audio), and presentations for the sales & marketing organizations in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

In this role, you will have an opportunity to combine a passion for problem solving, enthusiasm, and creativity for technology to drive sales effectiveness and establish positive customer relationships with Sales Operations, Marketing, new and tenured sellers. You will be helping the organization with the day to day tactical and strategic needs of the Sales Operations and Marketing departments.

Decision Making Authority:

This individual will work under the direction of the Director, Global Revenue Operations and the Marketing Director, will be expected to be a self-starter, driving projects from A-Z.

Job Qualifications:


· BS/BA Degree or equivalent

· Experience: 2+ years of professional experience

Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proven ability to organize and manage a diverse range of assignments/projects and prioritize multiple tasks.

· Must be able to think quickly in deadline situations, find appropriate avenues, both internally and externally, for resolution and be able to weigh options to achieve the best outcome.

· Excellent client service orientation, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to forge and maintain effective internal relationships and interact with various levels of personnel.

· Strong ability to adapt to change and thrive in fast-paced environment. A history of taking initiative and seeking new ways of doing things will make for a successful candidate.

· Production of department materials requires strong writing and proofing skills. Spelling and grammar are very important to maintain professional standards.

· Solid command of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

· Experience in designing and developing materials and content to include creating multimedia (video, graphic, audio) and other assets.

· Experience using video editing and creative software tools like Adobe InDesign, Powtoon, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Final Cut, Adobe Premier, After Effects, Camtasia or similar, a plus

· Ability to work with USA and international time zones.
