Note: Candidate must be from Software background( IT Software / Software Products/ Publishing Software) will be considered for this role.
Objectives of this Role:
- Work closely with the client to understand business needs, in order to develop IT strategy, and propose solution options including advice on design, implementation, tools, scalability, system performance and dependencies
- To involve in strategic planning of Account Growth and Profitability management
- Should be involved in preparing RFP for new assignments
- Perform customer negotiations for delivery rates
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations
Responsibilities:
- Take inquiries and requests from clients and address their needs
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- P&L Management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional experience in customer service & client handling
- Extensive experience working in multiple customers across the globe
- Experience in Costing and Budgeting
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
