Account Manager

Experience:

2-3 years of relevant experience


Role background:

We’re looking for a sharp Account Manager to come in & take control of our growing client portfolio. We’ve got clients small & large from different geographies.


Work profile:

  • Act as the main point of contact for our portfolio of clients, building a positive relationship as the representative of Superflow.
  • Conduct strategy audits to identify further opportunities for your clients to scale their growth.
  • Prepare monthly reports and make recommendations for ongoing improvements with the rest of the team.
  • Analyse analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.
  • Educate clients on growth strategies
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience with the ability to turn a negative into a positive, a meh into hell yeah & a maybe into a let’s bloody go for it!


Requirements

  • Informed and passionate about digital marketing, mainly Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram) & Paid Search (Adwords), Conversion Rate Optimisation and Growth Hacking.
  • Confident in up-selling and retaining clients.
  • Highly organised and process-driven.
  • Exceptional customer service is KEY!
