About the role:

Lead Manager’s role is in Marketing and will be the face of Arvind Internet for potential clients. The

individual should be a highly motivated, self-starter who is able to identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

The role involves :

  • Generating Qualified opportunities for Arvind Internet by rigorously prospecting and researching the given region/ market.
  • Striking and initiating conversations with key stakeholders within prospecting companies
  • Be the face of Arvind Internet and introduce the company and products to the prospects
  • Getting creative in writing emails/ in mails and grabbing the attention of prospects
  • Develop and Manage the lead pipeline by assessing, prioritizing and moving a large number of prospective clients simultaneously.
  • Engage in all steps of the Sales cycle to ensure smooth pipeline progression to maximise results
  • Deliver and exceed strategic goals and committed targets by responding with a quality pipeline focusing on White Space accounts.
  • Build and manage a team of SDRs, and be collectively responsible for high impact qualification of leads
  • Achieve the ACV/ARR targets consistently and ensure adequate margins are retained in the deals closed.

Ideal Candidate profile:

  • 7 - 10 years of proven track record of success in sales/ business development in a target driven
  • environment, ideally in a SAAS company.
  • Strong prospecting skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a
  • cross-functional environment.
  • Strong Understanding of retail and Ecommerce market in India. Ability to identify potential issues
  • being faced by retailers
  • High Motivation, resilience and ambition to build a career at Arvind Internet
  • Fluent English and Hindi speaking skills Master’s degree
