Assistant Manager-Retention Marketing (Clevertap)

What will you do?

  • Drive Traffic and Revenue from Retention Channels like Mailer, SMS and PN
  • Determine areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Driving key sales projects on Major focus categories, drive new launches in the category for awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
  • Monitor delivery management and performance of communications sent via various CRM marketing channels such as Push Notifications, Email, In-App & Browser Notifications.
  • Develop process improvement strategy on Daily CRM planning input sheet and built processes to allow balanced campaign visibilities across multiple sub-categories & audience cohorts
  • Measure and report performance of all CRM marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Implement customer retention strategy for various cohorts by intervening at different stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Working on presentation/analytics/MIS and weekly/daily updates.
  • Plan experiments, conversion test, A/B test, lift study and draw meaningful insights from the same.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, data inputs, etc. to optimize the campaigns.
  • Ability to take on challenging deadlines and priorities.

You may apply if you have :

· Hands-on experience in campaign management platform(s) – Adobe Campaign Manager / CleverTap / Webengage / equivalents will be added advantage

· Technical understanding of operations for GCM and APNS, IP and IP reputation

· Process driven, Detail orientation, Interpretation of data and application to real-life scenarios.

· Effective Interpersonal skills

· Strong capabilities in Customer Analytics and data driven decision making

· Hands-on experience on loyalty platforms / programs

· Reliability to deliver the job while handling aggressive timelines and parallel work-streams.

· Interact with senior management to understand business goals and align the analytics strategy.

· A knack for data-driven creative conceptualization and production

· Good communication skills and proactive in nature.

· An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
