Job Summary:
As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver implementation support & post-production support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs for Oracle Transportation Management modules
Responsibilities:
- Deliver post-sales support for Oracle Fusion - SCM - Oracle Transportation Management Cloud and On premise Serve as an Advocate for Customer needs
- Resolve Technical and Functional Product issues(Techno-Functional Support)
- This will be an opportunity to influence features in the product by giving consistent feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams
- Collaborate with different technical teams like Cloud-Ops, Product Engineering, Product Management Etc. to resolve customer issues
- Take ownership for resolving customer issues and responsible for sharing the knowledge to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer issues/situation and escalated issues
- Look at possibilities of automating issue resolutions for frequently reported issues and seek ways to reduce overall time to resolve
Qualifications:
- 3-10 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management Cloud / On premise
