We are looking for a very confident and excellent English speaker. Candidate should have good experience in Tele marketing to do outbound telephone calls to generate International Leads and achieve the targeted number of leads per month. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

- Calling potential International customers and presenting company services, Skills and Experience.
- generating leads for the company’s specialty service areas.
- Ask relevant questions and understand their existing business process
- Suggesting high level solutions and generate interest.
- Fix meetings with clients and companies’ sales & technical team to discuss about the requirements.
- Update and maintain lead information in the CRM.
- Fulfilling the monthly and yearly lead generation target
- Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities
- Assisting the Sales department in planning and implementing effective sales strategies
- Analyzing and presenting competitor sales activities
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company offers
- Assisting in facilitating future sales
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a Admin & Telesales Executive
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
