Support Engineer

A. About the Company:

B. Aims & Goals:

The primary aim of the Trainee Support Engineer is to provide Level 1 support to customers and resolve their queries.

C. Key Responsibilities: -

  • Acknowledge tickets/queries reported by customers
  • Replicate the scenarios reported by customers in local setup
  • Co-ordinate with Level 2 and Level 3 resources for providing response to customer
  • Maintain local setup at par with customer’s production

D. Experience Level & Qualification:

a. Experience Level:

· Fresher/1 year experience

  • Educational Background

  • B.E. / B Tech / B.Sc. Comp /Diploma

E. Essential Skills:

  • Should have knowledge of Oracle/SQL
  • Should have working knowledge of Linux/Unix
  • Good communication (Email/Oral) skills

F. Additional Skills:

  • Should have inclination to adopt and learn new technology
  • f large senior groups.
