Field Marketing Manager for Finacle (Middle East & Africa) - Based in Dubai


About the role:

Reporting to the Global Lead for Field Marketing, the role of Field Marketing Manager for the Middle East & Africa (MEA), will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the marketing strategy, planning and execution for the Infosys Finacle suite of solutions, across the MEA region. A go-to-market role, the person will be required to translate regional business objectives into relevant marketing campaigns, activities and initiatives, to achieve demand generation and brand visibility and sales enablement / effectiveness outcomes, working with an ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders and partners. This is largely an individual contributor role, supported by an extended team of resource people. This role will be co-located in Dubai with the MEA sales team.


Key Responsibilities

Own and drive a multi-channel marketing strategy for demand generation, brand visibility and deal pursuit success in the markets across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region for the Infosys Finacle suite of solution.

  • Partner with regional business leadership to plan, execute and track region-focused, marketing campaigns, activities and initiatives to support new customer acquisition and cross-sell with existing customers
  • Drive sustained engagement activities with key customers in the region. Identify and drive / support new customer advocacy opportunities.
  • Develop relevant market and competition intelligence for regional markets to support regional marketing goals.
  • Customize and curate organizational content assets for regional marketing purposes.
  • Identify opportunities to create region-specific marketing content assets, either in-house or with partners, as required for regional needs.
  • Engage closely and regularly with the Finacle partner marketing, product marketing, analyst relations, and other functional teams, and regional business partners, to achieve regional marketing goals.
  • Partner with the pursuit marketing team to track and support regional deal pursuits, to enhance win rates
  • Plan and execute regional brand visibility initiatives across markets in the region, to enhance awareness about the Finacle suite’s credentials, capability and technology leadership
  • Manage the regional public relations agency relationship to drive thought leadership via media and influencer engagement
  • Mentor and manage a small, high performing regional marketing team. Own the regional marketing budget.
  • self and team adherence to organizational processes, timely planning and provisioning of requirements & resources.
  • Support global marketing initiatives with regional inputs and activation
  • Monitor, measure and report performance of all regional marketing efforts on a periodic basis



Knowledge / Skills Required

  • 8 to 12 years of full time B2B marketing work experience with proven competency in demand generation and brand awareness marketing
  • Practical knowledge and experience across contemporary digital marketing channels, marketing automation tools, data analytics and reporting
  • High impact English communication skills and presentation skills, with proven content curation capabilities.
  • Ability to narrate interesting and relevant stories that stand out from the clutter while retaining the core solution value proposition.
  • Ability to build collaborative partnerships and work in a matrixed and high demand environment.
  • Self-motivated, hands on and results orientated, with a focus on outcomes and time bound delivery.
  • Willingness to travel to region of responsibility as per need.
  • Highly desirable – Previous experience in an IT product company, especially a banking IT product company. Familiarity with the banking industry, trends and topics.
  • Desirable – Sound experience leading marketing for an IT / technology company in Middle East and Africa
