Looking for Dynamic Talent Management Leads and Recruiter with Experience in Embedded Technology Team Hiring.

- Responsible for end to end recruitment (Sourcing to Induction)
- Identify, source and screen candidates from engineering background
- Build relations and conduct/participate recruitment events and hire suitable talent from • Source candidates using resume databases, Job Boards, Social media, networking, and head hunting.
- Conduct telephone interviews to pre-screen candidates, scheduling interviews and assisting with travel arrangements for candidates.
- Must have a positive attitude that quickly adapts to process changes and improvement suggestions.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technology positions and trends, with the capacity to keep pace with changes within technology profession.
- Proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition, with knowledge of the latest innovative recruiting resources and techniques
- Must have experience and comfort cold calling candidates at all levels
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Fluency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong analytical, evaluation, persuasive, and negotiation skills
- Handling End to End recruitment cycle
- Maintaining the recruiting status of each client on daily basis.
- Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates
- Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
- Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts. Required Skills • Manage expectations with the hiring managers.
- Adept at communicating effectively across all levels.
- Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
- Pro-active and hands-on attitude to work.
- Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies Required Experience
- Identifying and scrutinizing the resumes to meet the client's requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
- IT/Engineering recruitment experience preferred (Embedded,/Testing/etc.) •
- Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network.
