The sales team practices all aspects of B2B sales - Understanding customer organizations, their challenges, Providing actionable insights, communicating clearly the fitment of Apps to address their needs and closing deals. In most cases they do become trusted advisors and work with the customer success team to ensure that clients derive value from their purchase and continue to remain as happy customers. develops and markets SaaS apps in OKRs & related areas - OKRs, Business Strategy, Task Management, Performance Management & Employee Engagement.

We sell to B2B decision makers (CXOs, Senior Management ) and leaders in all types of companies from startups to Fortune 500 companies in the commercial sector and Non Profits and Government sector too.

About The Role

We are looking for Account Executives with drive for helping customers find great solutions and meeting quarterly sales quotas. Account executives will be responsible for Mapping enterprise accounts, Forming multiple stakeholder relationships, understanding the customer business context and providing great demos, Providing great insights and closing deals. Your role starts with a Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) and ends with successful transfer of signed customers to the Customer Success team.


  • End to End responsibility for converting Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) to Customers (
  • Meet challenging monthly sales targets
  • Understand Customer Context and provide amazing demos
  • Map Enterprise accounts and develop great customer stakeholder relationships
  • Close deals regularly
  • Generate outbound opportunities from Target accounts
  • Transfer closed accounts to Customer Success
  • Generate expansion revenue from Target accounts

  • Passion to deliver high quality insights to customers with a deep understanding of their context
  • Ability to deeply understand the platform and deliver great demos that clearly address customer pain areas
  • Ability to work with Marketing and Presales  to create high quality proposals
  • Tech Savvy - Comfortable to understand customer use cases and set-up the demo environment 
  • Fundamental understanding of the concept of OKRs & related areas (preferred)
  • Excellent ability to use the tools of the trade – MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Doc etc.
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices 
  • Organized and strong time management skills 
  • A sense of urgency and persistence 
  • Good listening skills and consultative selling style
  • Very strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort and resilience in dealing with CXOs and senior executives
  • Atleast 2+ years of B2B experience.
