Experience: 5-10 Years

Location: Bangalore, chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune

Certification: SF (EC, PMGM,ONB, Recruiting)- mandatory


Senior/Lead Consultant will be part of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors team working with set of Business SMEs, Business Analyst and Technical/Functional SMEs to ensure that the project is delivered on time with highest quality also with minimum supervision.

The role demands someone who owns at least 2 end to end complex implementation/Roll-outs/support, delivery engagements assisting customers on their transformation journey in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, PMGM, LMS).

A key component of the role is to understand the system both from a business requirement as well as technical solution point of view. The role demands excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and requires the ability to think quickly and creatively as well as making decisions/recommendations to Team and customer.

Major Accountabilities (Tasks )

  • Senior/Lead Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of the following functions to the Project team BAU.
  • At least, two end to end implementation/Roll-out/support project experience in SAP environment for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, PMGM, LMS).
  • Must be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, PMGM, LMS).
  • Thorough understanding of ASAP and Activate methodology to deliver the projects in SAP is a must.
  • Experience to lead and build a good team.
  • Key focus in Design thinking (Reusable solutions), Technical developments, Delivery Management, Solution Designing, Reporting, Integration and Process improvements.
  • Must have strong functional/technical skills in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and its sub-modules.
  • Configure and Implement SuccessFactors solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Should be able to analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF cloud team.
  • Must be able to design reports requirements in SF, implementations
  • Provide Hyper-care or post go-live support.
  • Handling Solving defects at various stages of the project
  • Expert in analyzing existing solutions, understanding the business requirements, and documenting the business needs and GAPs and providing the best possible solutions and recommendations to the business, Able to document AS-IS and TO-Be business/technical processes.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationship with all Business users, Business Analysts, Stake holders and has a proven record of managing stake holders expectations effectively.
  • Ability to influence and handle a global team in driving action and in deriving solutions. Able to be calm under pressure and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Co-ordinate and interact with multiple teams across globe.
  • Interact with business to understand the requirement and provide a technical design.
  • In some circumstances Senior/Lead Consultant will be required to travel away from their primary location for training, knowledge transfer, project and other related activity.

Senior/Lead Consultant must possess excellent communication skills both verbal written. He/she must be able to handle team and communicate effectively with their peers, key business contacts. This will include both formal and informal engagement

Skills required

  • SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Nice to have other skills like Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, PMGM etc.).
  • Must have SAP SF certification
  • Good understanding of SAP ECC and its integration with other modules of SAP and 3rd party systems.
  • Excellent communication skills
