Security Engineer

Role and Responsibilities • Work on a diverse domain of information security across the organization, most important infrastructure and product security
• Develop automation for security testing in the CI/CD pipeline
• Automate infrastructure security and develop/implement security automation to solve manual efforts on a day-day basis
• Run ongoing Red team exercises.
• Implement /maintain security for cloud-based systems/applications in AWS
• Prioritize security findings and help engineering teams in resolving them at the earliest.
• Work with third party vendors to solve security challenges
• Debug, modify, and optimize existing safety and security systems
• Concise documentation for security use cases and operational improvements
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the existing anti-cheat and anti-piracy solutions;
• Managing a bug bounty program
Required Skills • 3+ years of hands-on experience with conducting VAPT
• Good understanding of cloud security and a background in working with AWS security
• Thorough understanding of OWASP Top 10 for Web, Mobile, and APIs
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as Frida, BurpSuite, Nessus, Metasploit, etc.
• Ability to evaluate tools and frameworks for static/dynamic security testing
• Good understanding of microservices application architecture, threat modeling, and identifying privacy issues and data leaks
• Ability to evaluate tools and frameworks for static/dynamic security testing
• Breadth of technical knowledge in application security, mobile security, data security, authentication and security protocols, and cryptography
• Detailed working knowledge of application vulnerabilities for consumer mobile applications (Android, iOS) and API endpoints and remediation techniques
• Exposure to security in cloud infrastructure
• Has an in-depth understanding of at least a few security domains (application, network, identity access management, vulnerability management, incident response, encryption, reversing, secret hunting, etc)
• Hacker mindset. Like to find ways to bypass systems and find vulnerabilities.
• Ability to code in one scripting language (Python, Go, Java, C, etc.)
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks
