All you need is...
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Technology or relevant experience
2+ years of experience in Marketo
2+ years of experience in a similar position (Marketing Operations Lead, Marketing Automation, preferably at a B2B company)
Experience with SFDC - advantage
Strong communication skills, excellent English speaker/writer
Resourcefulness and take ownership of your own work
What will your job look like
Be a key part of a growing digital marketing team, driving digital and integrated marketing practices in a fast-paced changing environment
Work with the campaign leads across marketing in creating and driving best practice nurture marketing activity to support qualification of leads
Lead, operate, implement and maintain Marketing systems, including marketing automation tools (Marketo, etc.)
Be part of the team establishing best practices in campaign and lead management, aligned with other go-to-market organizations, such as sales
Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize Marketing Team's performance and lead their integration efforts
Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing in terms of processes, technology, data and people processes in order to achieve Marketing goals
Analyze data (e.g. email stats) to drive business insights and highlight areas for improvement
Support various marketing teams with ongoing operations, while building automation, targeting capabilities, and enabling self-service through infrastructure and training
Bring the new ideas, try things differently and be bold in approach as we drive to push the boundaries and continue to grow
