Product Manager - Marketing Cloud

To empower our customers with Marketing and Sales automation on the same platform, we are building our next generation of Marketing Automation Platform. We are looking for dynamic Product Managers with understanding of how Marketing Automation accelerates business outcomes in the current day and age. This product will be leveraged by our clients to optimize their lead generation activities and ensure a high RoI on their marketing spend.
We are seeking a product owner to conceptualize, design, and develop this platform. The role will involve working with our sales, pre-sales teams and customers to nail down all pertinent use cases and set a clear vision.
The Role Will Involve
Working with sales, pre-sales, service teams, and enterprise customers across verticals to identify use cases, analyse them and create a vision for the product.
Working closely with the UX designers to come up with a highly usable
Driving consensus across teams and working with leadership to establish a clear roadmap.
Working with Engineering Team to execute the roadmap and ensure high adoption and NPS
Work with business teams to drive pricing and go-to-market strategies.
5+ years of overall experience in product management and design.
2+ years of experience in SaaS businesses with an understanding of customer-centric business processes such as sales, marketing, service or customer experience.
Previous experience in building product in any of these areas - CRM, Marketing Automation is preferred.
Deep understanding of usability and user interface design.
Experience with user research (interviews, surveys, data-driven insights) and market research
Experience in creating varieties of product artefacts to help multiple stakeholders in the organization understand the product, especially engineers and designers.
Excellent documentation skills and ability to define features through detailed specifications, use cases, wireframes and prototypes
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive product landscape & trends
Ability to validate & pitch new product ideas
Strong communication & analytical skills and ability to find creative solutions.
Ability to lead without authority and work independently.
