GBS Transformation Lead

Your Impact:
As GBS Transformation Lead you will have a key role in GBS process analysis. You will own Process Improvement Projects and lead successful Process Optimization Initiatives .
You will be facilitating strategic and innovative initiatives to meet Jacobs GBS growth targets in a sustainable way, while driving the shift to an end-to-end process improvement mindset. Your work will have a direct impact on the future GBS strategy, employee work experience and the integration of GBS into the organization.
How you will contribute:
Transition ideas from concepts to execution through advanced process mapping and analytics
Cooperate with System/Tools Owners to prepare various technical options and recommendation for solutions to business problems and presenting them to the business stakeholders
Coordinate projects, including the establishment of plans, milestones and deliverables in consultation with business stakeholders
Analyze GBS performance process, identify waste, risks, opportunities , recommend and manage process improvement projects
Accountable for driving savings targets into the functional areas and providing support to meet those targets
Create process documentation and review company's business processes for enhancing effectiveness and benchmark with Industry Best Practice
Support and drive OneGBS approach across the GBS organization
Own a variety of ad hoc tasks and projects regarding development of new tools and improving existing ones within the area of GBS departments
Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs
Interpersonal skills:
Demonstrated ability to understand and document processes at varying degrees of detail
Demonstrated experience in initiating, managing, and implementing complex business Transformation projects/programs
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills
Highly collaborative and Team-oriented, flexible, able to motivate people
Project management skills, ability to drive towards deadlines and effectively manage multiple competing priorities
Here's What You'll Need:
Qualifications, Competencies and Work Experience:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting (or in related field)
3+ years proven experience in finance and strong end to end process knowledge with finance
Lean/six Sigma certification or successful process optimization track record will be an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication
Stakeholder management skills
Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings
Strong eye for accuracy and detail. Ability to organize and prioritize workload, multi task and meet required deadlines
Knowledge in Smartsheet, MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel to create complex slides, charts and templates
