Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator required for immediate start in Greenford!

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Logistics, Customer Service and Shipments departments.
This is an IT based role within a warehouse environment.
Immediate starts after successful interviews.

Days of work: Monday to Friday
Hours of work: 8am to 5pm
Payrate: £12.00 per hour

Key responsibilities:
Supporting the management team in the day-to-day operation of the business
maintaining knowledge of the transport industry
Organizing transport to European customers
Updating and maintaining accurate shipping information in freight database
Assisting with transport arrangements by sea, air and road
Dealing with customers enquiries relating to orders, shipments and deliveries
Providing Liaison between the company, Air / Sea Carrier and HMRC
Perform key administrative duties to ensure paperwork and invoices are processed and forwarded onto finance
Working with all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Key Skill Requirements:
Strong background in logistics and distribution administration
Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills
Provide very high-quality service at all time
Good level of numeracy and literacy
Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills
Experience in freight terms and incoterms is essential

Weekly pay every Friday + accrued holiday
Full-time and part-time hours available
