Service Operations Manager

A leading organization is looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager manager to help with their strategy roadmap and day to day running of the Infrastructure team.

You will be responsible for technical leadership, managing the team and implementing best practice processes.

You will be responsible for making key decisions and will be liaising with senior stakeholders in the organization to ensure that the service operations team meets the needs of the business in a fast growth organisation.

You must have previous experience with:

Extensive experience of managing a service team and knowledge of Infrastructure platforms.
Knowledge of LAN, Applications, Active Directory, and servers.
Strong MS365 experience.
Experience of day to day team management and implementing strong processes.
Also experience with ITIL and ISO27001 would be beneficial.

The role is fully remote.

The role is paying £50K - £60K + Benefits package
