Sales Manager

1. JOB PURPOSE:

Manage the sales process (agency channel) and infrastructure for the SME lending vertical of the

company

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 Achieve sales target from DSAs by acquiring new DSAs and maintaining existing relationships by visits

at pre-defined frequency

 Sourcing to be strictly as per policy parameters & acceptable risk norm of the organisation

 Ensure activation of channels (70%) on monthly basis by regular engagement, training & relationship

with DSAs

 To coordinate with the product management and marketing team, for effective training of DSA of our

USPs & Policy guidelines and promotional material if any for customer acquisition at local level

 Ensuring sourcing mix of Corporate DSA: Retail DSA, SEP: SENP profile, Uniform Disbursement, WIRR,

PF% & Insurance penetration

 Coordinate with functional teams to resolve issues concerning DSAs including pay-outs, login issues etc.

 Manage & coordinate DSAs on a regular level to oversee seamless journey for loan application process

3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Educational Qualifications

Graduate in any field from AICTE / UGC approved institute

Functional Skills

Negotiation, Relationship Management, Networking, Selling Skills

Relevant and total years of Experience

Minimum 4-5 years in finance industry with at least 2-3 years in sales team of a top tier bank/ NBFC/ fintechs in
