Job Description

R Systems is looking for an entrepreneurial practice head, to build and lead a Dynamics CRM CoE to support this business globally. The right person must have a strong functional and technical background related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM (with Emphasis on 365) . The right person will have delivery, Pre-sales/Solutioning, and has worked with teams globally to drive such a practices,


The Practice Head/CoE Lead is primarily responsible for building and overseeing a team of resources as supervisor to deliver quality solutions to the client. They also participate actively in the Business Development role to help the Practice meet the revenue and gross profit goals. They apply well-honed consulting, project management and functional skills in the management of projects to ensure client satisfaction. Further, Managers are

involved in business development such as project diagnostics, proposal development and sales calls. The key KRAs for the role are as follows:

I. Sales/Business Development

Work with global Sales and solution teams and across geographies to provide necessary practice support to drive deals.

- Develop proof of concepts, Point of View and service accelerators/IP Assets to differentiate the practice, and in general provide thought leadership to drive deals

- Support sales enablement, work with sales practitioner, and communicate capabilities, offerings, and client references. Position practice as a recognized thought leader, through webinars, conferences, white papers, blogs. Be overall owner globally of all collateral in supporting this service line

- Participate in RFIs, RFPs and solution presentations as needed

  • Delivery
  • Be Key stake holder and owner of delivery
  • Build competency COE. Help recruit quality talent to support billable project needs
  • Oversight for project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexity needs


  • 10+ years’ experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, including recent experience with Microsoft CRM / D365 CE
  • 5+ years team management and project experience
  • Understanding of strategy and operations related to technical consulting and delivery of projects
  • Possess successful project leadership and project management capabilities
  • Outstanding client relationship skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to effectively generate new business
  • Previous experience in a mid-size technology services organization
  • Demonstrative proof of an open-mined, progressive thinker who is flexible, energetic and driven with the ability to overcome obstacles and challenges with working solutions.
  • Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
  • Delivers strategic thought leadership by participating in multiple client engagements simultaneously in both pre-sales and delivery capacities
  • Should have good understanding of implementing D365 CE in a contact center environment with telephony and contact center solution integration
