Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead B2B initiatives to generate and engage with industrial & Manufacturing Enterprises, MSMEs and StartUp founders (as Exhibitors, Event Sponsors) to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to do Concept Selling (Exhibition Space / Conference Slots/ Delegate Tickets), work on existing database, generate new leads and have a demonstrated ability to execute B2B Sales / Client Acquisition strategy. 



  • Identify New opportunities to Generate Business Leads
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing clients/business (Client Satisfaction)
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success (Industrial Events, Tech Exhibitions and Emerging Tech Conferences)


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience (B2B -Industrial sector)
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales / business development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Knowledge of Managing CRM / Email Marketing Campaign will be preferred
