Technical Recruiter

Executive / Assistant Manager – HR

Education Qualification: Masters / PG Diploma – HR / MSW or Allied fields

Experience: 3 - 8 Years' experience in Recruitment / On boarding / Off boarding / Employee Engagement

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Good knowledge of Recruitment end-to-end Process, - Recruiting candidates from various sources like Naukri, Linked In, Monsters etc., conducting Interview process, Salary negotiation, offer release and complete On-boarding Process.

  • Manage and monitor salary and benefits administration for Staffs, FTCs & Outsourced employees.

  • Response on employee queries regarding salary and Benefits and Coordinate with SSC for SAP HR.

  • Separation Process, - Full & Final settlement Clearance, managing PF, Gratuity and all Exit formalities

  • Supporting various Employee Engagement and organizational development initiatives.

  • HR audits and ISO compliance & Personal folder administration.

  • In addition, execute any other jobs/tasks as assigned from time to time
