Team Member Role: AVP - Business Development, South India


Looking for Empathetic, Competitive, Passionate Team members, who has had previous work experience with Corporate Real Estate and would want to implement their ideas alongside our market knowledge. Past proven record of enhancing business verticals and their P&L statements. The team member must be self-motivated with an Entrepreneurial Spirit and Career-Driven Mindset.


Lead a centralized Business Development team of motivated team members to achieve a common organizational objective – Increase company footprint by addition of new clients in the commercial & warehousing / logistic verticals. With 8+ years of relevant experience, the individual is expected to drive firm’s profitability by onboarding and harbouring new clients and cross selling the company’s services. The specialist is expected to have a deep understanding of real estate so as to effectively understand clients, acquire new clients, provide exceptional client support, apply critical / strategic thought process to ensure high rate of client satisfaction.


What Would The Work Entail :

  • Reach out & follow up with the fastest growing corporate / warehousing companies and secure business
  • Proactively engage with key decision makers of potential clients to understand and analyse the possible commercial office space / Logistics requirement.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships
  • Cross sell services
  • Increase client mandates for the company
  • Engage in calls, meetings, follow-up and timely submission of proposals
  • Work alongside teams to ensure client requirements have been serviced
  • Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve growth in revenue
  • Monitor / Manage the BD team’s performance and growth
  • Responsible for the team’s P&L

Your Attributes :

  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken. Knowledge of multiple language beneficial (Spoken)
  • MS Word, Excel and Power Points Knowledge
  • Time management and Organizational Skills
  • Understanding and commitment to client development
  • Self-Starter, resourceful, confident, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
  • Team handling and client management

Credentials Required :

  • MBA Marketing/ International Business with 8 years of minimum experience
  • Prior Real Estate Requirement will be advantageous
