The person who joins for this role will be working for MuscleBlaze Apparels and Accessories category under MuscleBlaze brand.


  • Vendor Sourcing and Management- Scouting quality vendors that deal in fitness accessories and apparel (raw material and finished goods) both India and abroad, vendors that are either manufacturers of finished goods or traders
  • Operational Role – Working with internal teams to align procurement and purchase of shortlisted goods, aligning warehouse teams for complete QC for each SKU
  • Handling Relevant Teams/Agencies (internal & external) - Product photoshoots, overlooking creatives & content development- for both PDP & A+, other launch activities incl. communication to offline, QC of existing listings & benchmarking with competitors
  • Data Analytics- NPS calculations, Reviews tagging & monitoring, red-flagging issues
  • ATL & BTL Promotional strategies- online and offline; brand building activations, campaigns
  • Market Research & Consumer Feedback- on new launches/ future direction, consumer research, assist in responding to/ resolving customer escalations (interfacing with Customer Support team, Quality, Logistics, R&D stakeholders’ responses to decide)
  • Lead Other Brand Marketing Activities- RM/ PM inventory transitions, SKU additions/ discontinuations/ transitions with Ops; interfacing with Catalog & Merchandizing teams, etc


  • Upto 1 to 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing in direct-to-consumer brands/ FMCG/Fitness Accessories Brands/ Apparel brands
  • Being a sports enthusiast is an added advantage
  • Graduates of tier-I institutes preferred, but not mandatory
