Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.


  • The candidate should have an excellent track record of selling AI-based software products in the domestic Indian market. Must have the fire and a proven track record to overachieve and build a successful business.
  • The Candidate will be responsible for handling sales and managing existing and future customers as well as position Digité as a Brand Leader in the respective regions.
  • Entire Account Management responsibility will rest with the position and he/she will be expected to drive customer satisfaction in their respective territories.
  • In due course of time, the candidate will be expected to handle other geographies outside India based on the skills and learnings he/she exhibits.
  • The candidate should have exposure to Digital/ SaaS/ New Age/ B2B.
  • Prior experience selling AI services/products is a must
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.


  • The Candidate must have the fire to overachieve and build a business.
  • The candidate should be able to generate his/her own leads.
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills combined with the ability to build relationships with senior executives of client organizations. Excellent negotiating and closure skills are required.
  • Should have the ability to build strong relationships with CXOs and be adept in top-down selling approaches. Should have built his/her career on “consultative selling” approaches.


  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in the sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
