ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen to join this rapidly growing brand in this newly created role of Commercial & Category Manager. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be a dynamic and driven individual. You will work collaboratively to lead, build and deliver the sales and shopper marketing plan. As the Commercial & Category Manager, you will be experienced in both sales, shopper marketing, and category management, analysing data to inform decision-making in an omnichannel world. The creation and execution of JBP/JMPs will be second nature to you and as a performance-driven individual, your track record of forecasting and delivering results will demonstrate your ability to achieve challenging KPIs whilst having a strong background in relationship management. Commercially astute with strong numerical acumen, you can confidently provide analysis and insights to support decision-making whilst always having an eye on the consumer and the competition.

Based in Harrogate, my client is one of the fastest-growing, health & beauty brands in the UK and they have recently secured major distribution listings with a range of well-known retailers, they are expanding fast with new accounts and channels in 2022 and new international markets planned 2023. NB: A standard working week would consist of x3 days in the office and x2 days working from home. You must live within a commutable distance to Harrogate to be considered.
