Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client based in Southampton Central. This is a fix term contract for 7 months. Full time hours from Monday to Friday.
Main tasks will include managing vacancies by engaging with stakeholders to understand the recruitment process and criteria and using assessment tools to update.
Duties & Responsibilities
Determining the most cost effective and efficient resourcing plan for every vacancy, meeting KPIs and within set criteria
Sift though candidate applications responding appropriately to best identify the most suitable candidates and presenting a shortlist to stakeholders
Analysing results & delivery of attraction methods and adapting strategy accordingly
Facilitation and delivery of effective and timely assessment methods
Creating talent pools of suitable candidates, ensuring regular contact with them
Monitoring and ensuring the onboarding experienced by candidates is at a high-quality level
To undertake ad hoc duties as required
Previous recruitment experience, in hotel, tourism and/or cruise sector (desirable)
System knowledge of Job train and OPQ/SHL knowledge (desirable)
Degree level education in HR, Management, Business, Travel and Tourism or similar
Experience of onboarding and candidate management.
