To help with this, their own marketing strategy requires a dedicated B2B content marketeer to be the guardian of their excellent reputation and elevate their brand, even further.

Theyve recently undergone a complete rebrand which has given their identity a modern & clean presence & you will be responsible for generating further awareness through targeted content, campaigns and events to maximise awareness and engagement with both clients & candidates.
This is a creative and hands-on marketing role where you will be given real responsibility for a range of marketing campaigns, both online & offline, from day one. You will be given plenty of opportunity to create campaigns and manage the tone of voice of the companys messaging to reflect its position as a leading provider to a range of industry verticals. You will also ensure the execution of such campaigns and initiatives are timely and proactively generate concise, accurate copy and content to support marketing initiatives.
What were looking for
Above all else, youll need experience of the most common marketing channels, and will enjoy a hands-on role in a bustling agency & be skilled in delivering innovative marketing campaigns, online & offline, from concept to execution. More than anything, were looking for confidence and a flair for effective and creative writing, editing, crafting content, across different platforms & it would be a big bonus if you have experience using HubSpot, WordPress, Canva or Adobe (or similar).
There is a strong creative element, so youll be able to write targeted, engaging copy aligned to target audience profiles, as well as design skills to produce impactive imagery (supported, where appropriate, by external providers). Excellent social media / professional networking knowledge particularly surrounding the use of LinkedIn and video collateral ideally in both a B2B and B2C environment would be handy, too.
Working knowledge of website content management systems & client databases / prospects through CRM & e-mail marketing platforms would enable you to grasp the nature of this role & add value, quite quickly. We envisage that youve most likely acquired a minimum 18 months agency or client-side experience working on a mix of creative campaigns, you are someone who is looking to take their marketing skills into an agency environment.
