Marketing Manager

This is an opportunity to join an award winning British manufacturer with roots in Derbyshire as they continue their ambitious global growth plans.

You will play a key role in driving growth, as part of a new-look, dynamic marketing department looking to transform technical product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive new sales, brand awareness and product usage.

You will be a motivated and highly organised individual, demonstrating excellent communication skills, you will develop effective marketing strategies to convey the features and benefits of a range of products to global customers and sales partners.

Key responsibilities include within this job will include:

  • Project-managing new product launches from start to finish
  • Translating product features into benefits, establishing clear value propositions
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team to develop high quality marketing collaterals
  • Producing engaging internal and external facing content across all stages of the sales funnel
  • Performing competitor and market research on trending products, establishing timescales for releasing new products
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to plan and execute go to market strategies for product launches, including product roadmap
  • Gaining customer insight into the use of current products by conducting interviews, surveys, focus groups etc.

The ideal candidate will hold valuable experience of creating high quality, accurate product-related content and be able to develop a passion for the product and demonstrate a desire to learn and utilise technical information.

You will be someone with the ability to build strong relationships across the business and have a keen eye for detail, always ensuring precision.
