Credit Control Administrator

You have just started working in Credit Control, you are an Administrator or you are working in Customer Service, but you are now keen to have opportunity to progress and develop within your career.

Working as the Credit Control Administrator, based in Leeds City Centre, you work closely with key members of the team to absorb information on key processes of all specialist areas of the business. As you take ownership of the key administrative processes, you will help the team work towards month deadlines and provide support across the specialist areas when required. Along with this you will work hard on building strong relationships both internally and externally to help work towards a fully smooth running of the Credit Control function. Within this role, you will use your keen eye for detail to look into invoices and deal with the invoice query resolution, identifying concerns and raising them accordingly. Along with this, you will be getting stuck in with credit management for a variety of customers ranging from sole traders to corporate businesses, escalating any legal claims to solicitors, reconciliations of customer accounts and dealing with unallocated cash balances.

With a salary of £19,000 - £23,000, you will also be offered an extensive benefits package plus working from home options.
