Full Time OR Part Time available (30 hours+)

SF Recruitment are working with an instantly recognisable business who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This position is available on part time (30 hours) or a full time basis (37.5 hours). This position would suit a personable team player who is enthusiastic and enjoys working in a busy environment. Experience within Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger is not essential but is desirable. This company will consider individuals with no experience but someone who is keen to get into accounting & finance or working towards their AAT/ a recent grad.

Duties of the Administrator:
- Deal with all Accounts Payable queries
- Responsible for the distribution of AP documents
- Updating all e-mail addresses in relevant places so all relevant documents are able to be e-mailed out to all our suppliers/customers/concessions
- Prepare and load monthly compliance invoicing & distribute paperwork
- Print, sort & post monthly debit balance statements
- Process invoices
- Employee expenses processes
- Run daily/weekly/monthly reports
