We’re hiring a HR Manager to join our HR department at Citywire. Reporting into our Head of HR you will deliver a comprehensive and professional HR business partnership by ensuring consistent implementation and application of good HR practice, procedures, and employment legislation across our global offices.

Main Responsibilities:

As Citywire’s HR Manager, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

- Proactively advising on best practice HR, taking a hands-on role in service delivery and complex casework.

- Managing and supporting the personal development of our People Advisor – L&D and HR Assistant.

- Proactively work with Senior leadership/management teams to influence, develop and implement people strategies for UK and International Offices.

- Leading local activities to support and evolve people and culture in line with the Company strategy.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Promoting wellbeing and D&I across the business, supporting various development activities for employees.

- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the global HR Strategy and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

- Managing all day-to-day HR administration, coordinating reporting for payroll, collating and analysing various reports on headcount, L&D and exit interviews, etc.

- Ensuring various databases, systems and trackers are up to date.

Job specific skills / technical skills / requirements

As a passionate HR Manager, you will bring to the team your excellent knowledge of UK Employment law, HR functions, and management as well as:

- Leadership experience, with the drive and passion to develop others. You will manage two members of the team.

- Confident to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Company.

- Fantastic organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise your workload.

- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS.
