Are you looking for a role that leverages both your analytical and creative abilities Do you want to join a growing team that is influencing the payment experience of millions of customers worldwide The Payment Acceptance and Experience Marketing team seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness and engagement with Amazon customers globally. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer who has a track record of achieving (and measuring) great results through consumer marketing channels. If you are highly organized, able to work closely with multiple internal teams and payment partners, and passionate about marketing experimentation, this may be the role for you. You will be tasked with testing new ideas and concepts, gleaning insights from what worked (or didn't), and leveraging opportunities to scale programs based on results. The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and be motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Key job responsibilities
. Develop marketing experimentation plan and execution roadmap
. Lead initiatives end-to-end, working with cross functional teams - legal, finance, product, design, and data science - to optimize, execute and deliver campaigns
. Create on-brand, best-in-class content, tailored to appropriate customers
. Partner with internal design team to innovate on marketing campaigns
. Analyze the performance of campaigns - and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders
Basic Qualifications :
. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
. 5+ years of B2C marketing experience with an emphasis on digital marketing
. Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion
. Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects
. Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
. Analytical with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible
. Strong written and verbal communications skills with an innate attention to detail
. Demonstrated ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications :
. Experience marketing payment methods and/or financial services products
. Proficiency in SQL
. Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
. Self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment
