Manager- Strategy


Analytical as well as creative in your thought process
Good at problem-solving
Experience translating data analysis into actionable insights
Deep understanding of how businesses, brands & customers interact
Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
Preferred (top 5)
Exp in planning across media and channels, campaign devp
Experience in an agency or consulting firm will be a plus
Proficiency in Excel and research tools a plus
Prior experience working with international clients
Responsibilities
You will be a key member of our Client Strategy team helping to ensure that client's business &strategic objectives are met
Able to identify business growth opportunities &develop strategic recommendations to support the growth of client relationships
Lead the building and delivery of strategic omnichannel marketing plans
Be a subject matter expert, particularly in the areas of digital marketing and CRM
Continually monitor current marketing trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies
Then translate these trends into new marketing ideas for clients
Develop trusted, long-term relationships with key client contacts
Ensure client value is delivered through a mix of best-practice solutions, skills, capabilities & original thinking
Collaborate & develop relationships with internal teams (operations,creative,analytics),client team & partner agencies
Understand the feasibility of cross-channel recommendations/ plans.
Identify key data points and measurements to show the impact of our approach and strategy on the client's business
Manage team members to deliver strategic projects correctly
