.Take complete ownership to stabilize the environment by reducing performance issues within applications and as well as team members to improves delivery time
.Evaluate issues and define solutions to display enthusiasm to step beyond resource management
.Document significant personal contribution to EUP key priorities and create value delivery
.Improve technical knowledge in the areas of EUE and drive improvements independently
.Over this period using past experience and self thought identify and create best practices and use them within group
.Connect regularly with team members to help them move ahead of hurdles with active involvement.
.Identify and volunteer proactively for key initiatives and deliver with results.
.Gather customer feedback, recognize opportunities, and provide feedback for technical innovation and better end user experience and productivity
.Collaborate for success of team and all teams working with and further accentuate value delivery from the EUT & S arena
.Serve as a subject matter expert within EUE technical disciplines and take best approaching decisions.
.Provide solutions for the overdue issues promptly
.Provide advice and guidance to experienced team members and groom leaders
.Focus on daily operations and create synergy and drive automation and innovation within the group
.Take additional Ownership and responsibility towards work.
Mentor coach team to deliver impactful technical delivery
Experience level: 12 to 15 years of experience with at least 3+ years in a leader role. 5+ years End User Technology and Services.
Lead a team of highly skilled end user technology architects, engineers, and support
Proven track record improving User Experience for Fortune 500 companies
Solid understanding of Cloud based End User Technologies
Demonstrated experience in delivering technology solutions for endpoints covering the full end-to-end lifecycle across Large Enterprises at scale
Strong understanding and experience developing and deploying Collaboration solutions, Video and Event technology capabilities meeting the needs of today's Hybrid workforce
Established experience in IT Service Management including IT ServiceDesk and Onsite Support
Overall understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and data privacy, and how to balance the requirements with employee productivity objective
Knowledge of ITIL (service management, service delivery processes, and lifecycle management)
Knowledge of Agile SCRUM and Kanban
In-depth knowledge about Managed Workplace Services to be an equal counterpart in discussions (content, concepts, technology) and overlook the services landscape and service providers
General knowledge about the other IT domains (security/compliance, connectivity, enterprise applications, ERP systems, hosting/cloud, reporting, OT, R&D)
Knowledge on the defining policies, baselines, strategies, and standards
Understanding of the large scale organization needs, Multinational operations, global geographical spread, functional and geographical relations and specific site concepts
Knowledge about and experience with market players and service providers
Strong communicator, able to engage with all levels in the organization (also cross functional - business - IT)
Excellent interpersonal and customer and business relations skills to leverage and orchestrate diverse stakeholders with adequate sense of urgency, share insights with colleagues
Expertise in managing formal Vendor Management processes to effectively manage the relationship of critical vendors
Understanding of Infrastructure and desk side support environments
Understanding of complex contractual arrangements with multiple service level requirements, deliverables, and obligations
Extensive experience in all key categories of Vendor Management including Relationship, Performance, Financial, Contract, and Risk management
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders including both internal and external
Knowledge of outsourcing key services along with experience in managing the delivery of services in an outsourcing relationship
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience maintaining an issue log and tracking items to remediation
Ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment that is geographically dispersed with minimal oversight and supervision
