Roles and Responsibilities
1. Hiring & Resource mgmt.
a. Ensure Hiring plans are accurate, Hiring reporting, Hiring efficiency
b. Coordinate Onboarding of new members
c. Resource Utilization and reporting, Target for higher and higher
resource utilization, Resolve resourcing issues based on bench capacity
2. Process Compliance, Adherence, Improvements
a. Ensure process compliance for all projects
b. Identify opportunities to improve
c. Plan for right initiatives and execute
3. Project mgmt. practices standardization, Reporting
a. Identify right tools for execution
b. Standardize project mgmt. practices (Agile, WSR, DSR, Timesheets)
4. Competency Development operations
a. Support competency development initiatives on technology, Project
mgmt., Customer engagement
5. Employee Engagement practices at Unit level
a. Rewards, Recognitions, All hands
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Advanced MS Office user (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS
PowerPoint). Especially Excel.
2. Written and verbal English - Ability to clearly articulate and deliver
a message both verbally and by email is the must. Intensive communication with
the management of Delivery Center is expected.
3. Ability to make professionally looking reports, presentations, and
