Job Description

What you will do:

The Program Manager will work to ensure the smooth implementation, ongoing management and client satisfaction on new program launches as well as existing programs. The Program Manager is the client's point of contact for all operational aspects of the program and works with internal departments on behalf of the client to implement, maintain and make updates to programs. The Program Manager will interface with various functional areas and internal and external stakeholders. Manage programs of small to medium complexity.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with client during implementation process and throughout the life cycle of the program.

  • Accountable for ensuring client deliverables are met in timely and quality manner.

  • Build client confidence and establish an ongoing long-term partnership with the client/brand management team.

  • Manage client expectations and documentation, understanding the client's needs and offering solutions for program success.

  • Participate in offering client solutions for complex programs including the development of client strategy and execution plan.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to SOPs, business practices and performance metrics and resolving issues/escalation in a timely manner.

  • Monitor client billing and budget for programs, identify scope changes, draft non-technical requirements and change management requests.

  • Responsible for continuous process improvement, training, testing, troubleshooting and quality control. Identify new business opportunities with clients and coordinate with appropriate internal teams

  • Create ad-hoc reports

  • Prepare and present client Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

What we'd like from you:

  • MS Office

  • Pharmaceutical, HUB, pharmacy and/or healthcare a plus

  • Superior written and verbal communications skills

  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Superior attention to detail

  • Bachelors; business, marketing, or communications preferred or equivalent experience

  • 3-6 years of professional client facing experience

  • 3-6 years of project/program management

  • HUB experience is a plus

  • Analytical thinking

  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability

  • Client focused

  • Service oriented

  • Process oriented
