Your day to day
As the Internal Communication Lead, you will be the point person responsible for planning, developing, and executing the site communication strategy across the organization in order to build awareness, increase engagement, and drive change to achieve business goals. You will own and build the capability of the organization on the Communication Standard Work Processes (SWPs). You will represent and position PMI's unique and purpose-driven culture of creating a smoke-free future as a differentiator and competitive advantage.
Your responsibilities include:
. Govern day-to-day operations and management of employee communication mediums through content creation. You will develop and organize the content to be shared to the broader organization through global channels.
. Support the market's External Affairs Organization in the creation and maintenance of Operations external key messages including facilitating of virtual or on-ground factory tours as needed by partner organizations.
. Aid in the organization and tracking of employee opinion research to measure the impact of engagement against core performance metrics. You will represent employee perspectives to the leadership team by cultivating relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization and across business units.
. Develop concepts and content for all employee events and townhalls to ensure coherent and consistent messaging that drives employee engagement and achievement of the company's goals. You will be a core partner of the People Engagement team in relation to company-wide events and initiatives.
Who we're looking for
You have at least a bachelor's degree and has at least 3 years of experience in corporate communication or employee engagement. You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong communication and collaboration skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required. Preferably, you also have an experience in using design platforms (ex. Adobe Photoshop, Canva) but not required. You must also be amenable to work in Batangas plant.
