Company Accountant

Reporting to the Financial Manager of this employee benefits entity, the Company Accountant is an all-round accounting role, performing duties including the monthly production of management accounts, recons, payroll processing and other management reporting and financial requirements.
The duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Managing the day to day accounting transactions
Reconciling all accounts
Preparing the monthly management accounts
Managing the Creditors function
Managing the Debtors function
Payroll processing and other associated payroll tasks
Preparation of management reports
Liaising with the external auditors for accounts and tax issues
Supervision of Accounts Clerk
Relevant completed Bachelor of Business Degree / or equivalent
5 years experience minimum in above role with strong accounting knowledge
Strong Pastel & advanced Excel skills
Stable track record & excellent contactable references
Able to commit to 6-month contract period
