Account Manager
TSRN are working with a leading National Office Furniture retailer who are looking for experienced Account Managers to join their internal Sales team.

The aim of this role is to manage new and existing clients via calls, mail shots and emails to increase both spend and growth.
Key duties may involve:
To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction through effective communication
To create customer specific programmes to target sales & profitable growth using data and credible market information
To exceed set sales targets to grow the business within the relevant territory and with all nominated/growth accounts
To manage assigned business accounts in the region maximising profitability
To proactively call customers to promote group companies, services, promotions, campaigns and grow sales profitably
To record accurate response to all contacts made on business territory/client nominated/growth accounts
To provide customers with formal quotations in line with the business expectations
Keys skills and experience needed:
Previous Account Management/Sales experience
The willingness to go the extra mile in providing customer support
Driven and motivated
The ability to work independently with the ongoing support from an excellent management team and team members
The ability to work to targets
Positive attitude and an excellent team player
